Seit Wochen versuche ich einen App Pin festzulegen um wieder Zugriff auf mein Konto zu haben! Leider immer ein Alert, dass der App Pin nicht festgelegt werden konnte!
Totally worthless
Easybank; just start new. This pile of crap is not worth anything. Neither your staff supporting it, nor any developer’s time trying to make this into a decent app. Look for a new developer and just start over. For everyone sanity.
Worste app, worst customer service
Unglaublich aber nachdem der customer service mir die schuld gegeben hat (wenn sie das passwort nicht mehr wissen müssen sie es ändern) ist nun herausgekommen das die app spinnt. Egal wenn man das richtige passwort eingibt, die app sagt es ist falsch. Dieser fehler besteht nun seit jahren (siehe reviews). Kurz gesagt, diese bank lässt nicht zu sein eigenes Geld auszugeben. Und sie ändern es nicht. Es ist unglaublich. Ich habe so eine wut das man mich nicht an mein eigenes Geld lässt. Ich kann seit einen Jahr keine online käufe, keinen flug - nichts kaufen. Mittlerweile habe ich ein anderea Konto bei einer anderen Bank.
Worst bank, worst app, worst customer service
This bank is a joke. Tells me my password is wrong (is not because its saved) and after I changed it - it still tells me it’s wrong. If you EVER reach anyone from the customer service they don’t help at all, useless. I guess this bank will soon or later be bankrupt
Login not possible
Asks me to change my password and then it gives me a technical error message. I have tried to re-install as well. This app is the worst I’ve experienced so far.

It won’t let me log in with passcode either. Just a green screen. Has been like this for weeks now. Please fix!

Fix the app please. Cannot log in. It just keeps spinning and never takes you inside the app.
