Before you can download and use DriverDash, you must first receive an invitation from the manager of your fleet card account. Once invited, you will receive an email with a link to create a username and password, which you will then use to log in to the DriverDash app. Please note: If any other method is used to install DriverDash, the app WILL NOT work at the pump or charging station. If you need to receive an invitation, please contact the manager of your fleet card account. How do I use DriverDash to pay at the pump or charging station? 1. Before fueling, launch the DriverDash app on your phone 2. Tap Activate Station and select your pump or charging station 3. Location not working
App won’t find station for fueling, or even populate a map of Shell locations, even with location services enabled on iPhone. Has been buggy for years now but for past several months it doesn’t work to find stations at all. Pretty critical problem.

App is not working.Can’t find any gas station in my state.
Does not show my gas station
I was very happy with app until my go to gas station did not appear on the app. You can still pay with the card but the app does not recognize the station . Called support but they are in the dark . So back of using the card again . Not recommending the app because it does not show available gas stations .
App doesn’t allow logins. No tech support
I keep receiving an error message that “something has gone wrong on their end” when trying to log in. My account information is correct and I’ve received this same error on multiple devices so it’s definitely an app issue. Contacted the developer for support and their only piece of advice was to delete the app, restart my phone and reinstall. I had already done this because that’s the most basic piece of troubleshooting one can do. Of course it didn’t work. The phone rep literally told me she would keep her fingers cross that it worked for me. The only other thing that she offered was to put in a ticket. But that’s already been done and I truly believe they’re already aware that there is an issue and just don’t care to fix it. Why produce an app that you can’t support? Makes no sense. Don’t even waste your time or phone memory downloading this app.
