Horrible!!! Waited 3 weeks for my card and to get a new verification number sent through the mail. I received the card and had NO VERIFICATION number! I’ve had problems with Dayforce for along time. Holding time is an hour! How ridiculous! I have a family to feed and rent to pay and I can’t even take money out or move money out because of this Verification number.
Trying to sign in to my dayforce account and as soon as i type in my password the app just closes itself
Not reliable at all
You cannot rely on the Dayforce system at all. It seems to be down more than it works. Extremely unreliable, and poor customer service compounds the problem. If you’re considering it, take heed. Use at your own peril.
I've been getting an error message on the app for almost a week now. I’ve deleted the app multiple times and changed my password. Called customer service and they said it could take 7-10 days to resolve the issue IF they can even figure out what the problem is. I have money just sitting on this app with no way to access it until I receive my physical debit card. CLEARLY, I am not the only one having these issues. You guys need to get it together this is ridiculous.

AN THE ALWAYS MESS UP WITH YOUR MONEY ON FRIDAYS SO THEY NO YOU CAN CONTACT THEM TILL MONDAY SMH !!! ONE DAY THE RIGHT PERSON GONNA BE THE REASON THEY SHUT DOWN SUEWD OR WHATEVER
