The negative reviews are quite old. The app has improved and is easy to use. I don’t have to carry around a bunch of hard tokens.
Don’t Even Bother
Stick with your physical token for logging in and signing transactions. This app clearly does not correctly communicate with the larger parent app. You’re better off trying to land on Mars than getting this to properly log you in or sign something.
Long lag with updates
Great when it works. Problem is when there’s an iOS update the token app stops working for mobile authentication and there’s a long lag. Still waiting after the last update!! Be professional and support your apps Clarien!
Not for clients
This app would make banking at Clarien much more convenient as a client would no longer need to cart around an easy-to-lose token in order to access their bank account. This would be hugely helpful while traveling. However this app is apparently for staff only. After I downloaded it, I called the bank for assistance in setting it up and was told I had to uninstall it because it is not for clients to use. Disappointing and poor customer service. Maybe they like getting all the fees that they can charge for lost tokens. If the technology is there, Clarien, provide it for your clients.
