Consistently bad app
Whenever anyone asked me to send money by FPS I groan. I know I’m about to go through a 15 minute process putting in passwords that yield a blank screen until I finally close the app and reboot. Today I inserted the password about five times before I killed the app and downloaded it again. And still there were multiple password reentries required. I don’t know what it is with Citi tech products (the web site is another nightmare) but they are consistently awful.
This is so stupid
The digital certificate cannot be verified or reapplied. It’s just pending forever. Tried multiple internet environment. Just bugggggggyyyy

New app much better
This recently updated app works much better than the former one. Loads smoothly and faster. The GUI was also improved, but it needs attention for further improvements to make it more efficient for the user and logically accessible.
Terrible
Ugly and slow, this app is the worst bank app in China, much more worse than others. Pls learn how to code!
Cannot open
Every time I try to open the app, it will crash. I cannot even get to the login page.
