- Authenticate yourself with your deposit account number and facial recognition or your debit card number and 6-digit PIN or activation code provided by CIMB Thai Care Center for deposit customers or loan account number for loan customers.
- For new customer, Able to authenticate yourself via NDID on CIMB THAI application for Chill D Savings by CIMB Thai Bank or Speed D Plus Savings by CIMB Thai Bank account opening. 

Full-fledged savings deposit, current deposit, and fixed deposit accounts (excluding Phermkha Sabai Jai Fixed Account and joint account). 
- Check your account details and balance.
- Open Chill D Savings and Speed D Plus Savings by CIMB Thai Bank by yourself anywhere.
- View retroactive account movement.

Diverse channels of fund transfer. 
- Fund transfer between CIMB THAI accounts.
- Fund transfer cross-bank with destination bank account number.
- Fund transfer via PromptPay.
- QR scan or QR code picture use for cross-bank fund transfer and receipt of fund.
- Check slip by QR scanning on slip or slip picture with QR code.
- Cross-border QR payment linkage between Thailand and Malaysia and between Thailand and Indonesia

- Check details of mutual fund account instantly. 
- Subscription, Redemption and Switching with 12 AMCs.
- Conduct Client Suitability Test.
- View three-year historical fund transactions. 
- Primary/Secondary bond subscription service, easy convenient and fast. You can simply make a transaction yourself and view historical statement.

View details of life insurance service anytime, anywhere.
- Display details of life insurance policy.
- Purchase insurance directly from service provider via app.

Convenient access to loan services and facilities.
- New Customer can apply Personal Installment Loan: Personal Cash via CIMB THAI App 
- Credit Limit is from 20,000 - 2,000,000 THB
- Interest rate starts from 13.99% – 25.00% per year
- Contract duration is from 12 months to 72 months
- No management fee
- Remark: Borrow when necessary and within your means

Example of Personal Cash loan with interest rate 9.99% per year with contract duration 12 month and approve limit 30,000 THB will have monthly installment of 2,640 THB. Total repayment include principal and interest throughout the contract will be 31,647 THB (In case of no payment default)
