Don’t fall for this trap
They advertise a smart and intelligent investment solution relying on AI. Once your money goes into their chosen funds it’s stuck there’s no active management of your portfolio. If market falls you fall with it like a rock. There’s no stop loss or exit strategy mechanism. You could simply do it yourself by investing gradually in the well known ETFs that follow market indexes like S&P 500 and save your self the commissions. Personal opinion based on own experience.

The idea of a “smart automated” investment app is great.. Unfortunately this app is super basic at most and riddled with issues. Had problems signing up and topping up the account.. I have not tried taking out money yet. The investing went like this: - I opted for one high risk and one medium risk plan and let it run for two months.. high was a 3% - low was a 5% reflecting the market more or less.. During the time it did not change bonds or stocks but kept reinvesting marginal dividends.. I would not fire my broker over this app - or close any savings account but maybe in the long run it might pay off.

The app has very minimal Functions. No information on Data and Privacy or Disclaimers of any sort. Most functions are linked to the Bank Website. Im unable to register and the Helpdesk seems to not answer email requests. Hard to trust giving money to something like this. *update: Contacted Customer service and was advised to open a Bank account and then they might be able to link the Investr account with it. Unfortunately not able to Verify in person in a branch. *update: Customer service managed to register me eventually. Invested a bit and let it sit for about 2 months now - the value matches the market fluctuations. The portfolio did not really adapt or change, dividends are reinvested.. Seems to focus on a few selected Stocks. Changed review to two stars - the apps seems to work but I tried „topping up“ the account and that did not work. Also received a message that there are some tech issues with the app at the moment. Customer service is okay - they tried to help but no idea where my money went.
