Paying online
For the amount of years I’ve been with this credit card, I made a payment for my April 2024 didn’t show I made a payment however, online and my statement shows I made payment with reference number and my balance shows a late fee and now my balance was doubled. Service rep. told me I should fax my trace ID number! Online does not show a trace ID number not on my statement!! Thinking of CANCELLING this credit card and go somewhere else.

I attempted to make a payment and their site kept telling me it wasn’t going through. I tried again the next morning and it went through. There was obviously a problem with their site. So I ended up having TWO payments taken out of my checking account. It cost me 2 overdraft fees! I had more than enough for one payment in my account but not two ! I contacted them and gave detailed explanation of the situation. Their attitude was so uncaring and of course putting 100% of the blame on me. They just brushed it off and would not even consider paying the two overdraft fees that their site caused! Customer service is very disappointing. I’m currently looking at other cards and will most likely close this one.

My card was used for several unauthorized transactions. Except for one charge in the amount of $42.82, all charges are fraudulent. I called FNBO and reported the fraud, and nothing was done. I called again today and the fraud representative had no idea what I was talking about. I worked for a bank for 13 years, FNBO’s irresponsible behavior is intolerable. CLOSE MY ACCOUNT! I’m finished with FNBO. I’m paying the $42.82 I owe! If my credit is compromised because of your inept banking, you’ll be sued! Joseph Swartz

I have more than happy with this card! You earn points, easy to manage online, and the security has been amazing! Caught a fraudulent charge not very long ago. The app is the best part because it’s so simple to use!
United StatesCancelled my card to help ruin my credit score
I missed three payments, so that’s bad, but if they could just suspend my account and not cancel it. After missing the three payments I made up all those payments and in a couple months have paid the full balance off. Never missed payments before and just had a bad time with a car wreck and had surgery. Was off work for three months.
