The worst login procedure….
Im trying to login to my own account and im doing for more than 10 times, and if you try to login after you woke up in bed, it won’t recognize you either, if the light is not right, you will never gonna get in to your account, this apps require you a studio shot picture just to allow you to login. Thank you very much…….
The worst of all times - not able to use own money
After blocking my card for suspicious activity two days before an international flight, I didn’t receive a replacement card because there is no tracking number for it and they tell you to wait to get back onboard after 75 days vacation to get a new card. They simply don’t update you about the card. Meanwhile during Christmas and NYE I was not able to transfer funds or purchase not even when they provide temporary access. The transfer funds icon keeps inactive. Most of the time the support takes too long to answer and sometime don’t even respond to your complaint. It’s really disappointing. I believe this company has no good structure to deal with such situation. It’s been more than one month so far trying so get access to my own money. I can’t even transfer to another private account. I recommend companies to switch services to their crew members because this is not the first time I have problems with Brightwell.
Trash customers service
It takes more than a day for their customers service to respond to your question plus the transaction from the brightwell card to the local bank account takes a whole month if not a week, I would honestly rather use a different platform or app if I was given a choice but no I’m forced to use this garbage because of my company
Poor Customer Service
I lost my card over 2 weeks ago I contacted the company via email and the responded with a few questions. They later then blocked my account… that was ok with me. The rep asked for an address to send a replacement card provided the information and they later responded we are unable to send it there so I have a home address. Mind you I emailed them and let them know the country am in only do courier services or general post office. They still asking me for a home address. Mind you am already getting frustrated. I contacted my manager he sent me a replacement card because they have cards literally at their disposal. I tried to activate the card it gave an error, contacted the company by email the lady stated she unlocked it. Went back on the app I am seeing $10 deducted from my account and I still can’t activate a new card. Email them again the lady is saying she needs further information she will contact me again. This is going on for 2 Weeks. Came back to my account today another $10 was deducted ‼️ Tell me why y’all deduct $20 from my account and y’all never issued me a replacement card ❓And I still can’t activate my card

Video selfie feature is AWFUL
I will literally buy stock in your company if you get rid of the video selfie security feature. It’s terrible, it functions poorly, it has trouble detecting the facial features of people of color, it never works correctly the first time no matter how much light you have or how steady your hand is…it’s the literal WORST. Also the app times out trying to connect to its servers at least 45% of the time.
