¹The Mobile Point of Sale Solution consists of the Mobile Card Reader D135 and the BofA Point of Sale-Mobile app. The reader requires a compatible iOS mobile device (smartphone or tablet) supplied by the merchant to operate. Message and data rates may apply.  In order to use the Mobile Point of Sale Solution, a Merchant Services account from Bank of America and a Small Business checking account from Bank of America must be opened.  Merchant deposits must settle to the Bank of America Small Business checking account. PIN Debit, EBT and gift card transactions are not supported.  
²Virtual Terminal transactions will be processed using the Card Not Present transaction rate.
³For contactless payments, the Mobile Card Reader D135 will only accept Visa® and MasterCard®. 
⁴Use of security solutions is not a guarantee that your systems will not be breached or guarantee that you will be compliant with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard or Card Organization Rules. Requires eligible equipment. 
⁵Same day access to funding is subject to credit approval. If your merchant account is approved for same day funding, you will have the option to select one funding window to initiate a payout of proceeds to your designated Bank of America Small Business checking account used for settlement. Valid only on Visa®, Mastercard®, Discover® and American Express® transactions and PIN debit transactions including EBT. Exceptions may apply.

A Bank of America Small Business checking account is required to apply for a Merchant Services account. Merchant Services processing funds must be settled into a Bank of America Small Business checking account. Warning: Stay away!

This is by far the worst Point Of Sale I know. The user interface is very primitive and kinda useless as you can’t access all the information from past transactions. They have a horrible customer service, first the sales man trying to get me into signing up was pretty persuasive. Then after trying it out a few months, they marked my account for supposed fraudulent activity and on top of that won’t release the funds to me for the last sales I did. And then when I see no positive results and no one reaching out to me, I decide to call them to find out that they decided to terminate my account without notice and without releasing my funds. HORRIBLE.

Incorrect date calculation

Under the reporting page, if you choose to go back three months, it will not actually go back by three months but by 89 days. Please fix this!

mediocre customer service

It's been the worst experience I've ever had About 5 months ago I was at a Bank of America headquarters and an agent introduced me to a Merchant service salesman offering me a point of sale, they told me that I was more than 15 years old with accounts in Bank of America, 3 credit cards and a business account, they also told me that the Company was almost 2 years old and that it would be good to work with them, they offered me their service although a little more After almost 2 months of use (the system is mediocre) an agent calls me and tells me that my account is under supervision the name of the agent is Freddie, I already have a week with the account blocked in addition to feeling like a criminal, the agent told me that it would take 24 hours to unlock the account, more than 3 days have passed, more than $3,000 blocked, yesterday she told me that she would call, she didn't solve anything, I hope they'll pay me my money but in reality I won't do anything else with them This is the only way I can complain. Mediocre service

Please update the application!

Error code “ no networkConnect!” We tried, 1. Delete and Reinstall application. 2. Use LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi. ( Speedtest stable) 3. Force RKI. 4. Force firmware update. 5. Allow location. None of it work! Even try manual key in payment, still showing “no network Connect!” I am sure it’s the application problem not the reader itself. Please update ASAP!
