App Never Opens on First Try
Everyday I open this app and every day it takes multiple tries to get the app to open. “Our services are temporarily unavailable,” is the error message I get. Just once I’d like to launch the app and have it open.
Can no longer open app, no help fr support
This bank seemed great for my needs for a few months, but as of a few weeks ago I'm unable to log in to the app. The app only says it needs to be updated and sends me to the app store. The app is no longer supported on my phone, so even though I have an older version, blue vine will not open. The ONLY way to deposit checks with them is through the app on your phone, negating any usefulness to have this account. Their support team takes days to respond to inquiries, and only reiterates my question back to me, asking if that's what I'm asking. They eventually sent me the link to their web page for the frequently asked questions and never would answer what I was asking. Very frustrating, and regretful that I opened this account.
Won’t let me login without calling support
Tried to check my balance & it says upgrade your version or contact support? I have the latest version so now I have to make a phone call to login to my account. What? This is ridiculous—Update, all I have to do is delete the app and reinstall it in the glitch fixes it self. Support did reply but I didn’t wait for days for their reply I just fixed it myself- please don’t need to change a phone or email- going on 3 weeks and multiple calls to useless support still NO ACCESS TO SEE TRANSACTIONS
Beware: Company may decline a payment and there is absolutely nothing you can do
BEWARE: It is impossible to get meaningful help should you need it: This bank may decline a payment, and you will receive zero notification, text or request to confirm you want to make the payment. Nothing shows on the app, it’s as if they decide and you better live with it. Whether it’s for protection or not, should they decline any payment you will need to have a backup option, because there’s no way to confirm or get any help at all. No text asking “if it’s you” or “if you made said payment” which just about any bank does. And once you confirm, they clear the payment. Not Bluevine. This is super dangerous and has put me in precarious situations more than once. I regretfully will be seeking better options.
