The way their system is set up if you place a multiple item order and one of the items is out of stock the entire order gets canceled. Okay cool 👍They will refund you the down payment on the order BUT you have to contact customer service and ask them too. Okay also cool (no, not really) the unfortunate part is you WILL be forced to pay for that cancelled order. I don’t have the disposable income to justify paying for items I won’t be receiving. I fully support myself and my dog has cancer. Every penny counts but bits card needs the money more than I or my dog does.
