It is disconcerting to me as a business owner, that the bugs I initially reported to BECU still remain after three years. At one point, I was in the holding queue to speak with someone in their I.T. department about the bugs before I was summarily hung up on. How many times do I need to have deposit fail with the error message that the date of my check has the invalid date range of sometime in the last seven months. Interestingly, the end date of the invalid date range is the day I am making that deposit. In what world does that logic make sense? Sometimes I wonder why I still have accounts with them?
