App doesn't work
It's bad enough that I have to call them every week to unlock my account so I can log in. Even after I do that, I STILL can't log into the app. I have the same issue on Android. At this point, I'm switching my main business account to another bank. This is pretty ridiculous to have to go through this many hurdles to log into a banking app.
The worst bank app
Literally the worst bank app. Doesn’t work half of the time to even log in. Interface looks like it’s from the 90s and not easy to use. When you deposit a check, you can’t see what you deposited, it doesn’t show the pictures of the check. Besides from basic function, can’t really use it for anything else.
Appallingly Bad
There is a separate app for personal and business accounts which seems ridiculous and is a good incentive to not have both business and personal accounts at this bank. Also, there is a separate app for Debit cards. And the functionality of the business account is so limited it is pathetic. We are going to move our account to another bank that actually knows something about my needs.
Can no longer view checks
The checks will no longer download. Very frustrating
Worst banking app ever
On top of me having to reset my passcode every three or four days there’s no reset option on the app. There’s no statement view option it’s just a really horrible app but the people at the bank are so nice
Trash
App is trash, honestly the bank is trash too but as a small business owner I don’t have the time yet but will be closing my account and moving on to another bank. The amount of issues I’ve had have been unreal. For starters it took 6 months for me to even get a response to the original email I sent to get my business app set up in the first place. And even then I didn’t get a response I had to go to my local branch and complain to even get help in the first place. Then every other week it seems they have a problem validating my information. I’m over it, and I’m ready to switch banks. *update* I didn’t think it was possible but this app has gotten worse. If you are looking for a new bank account look elsewhere because you will be heavily disappointed
Worked for a year or so and now total waste of time.
I’ve talk to Support a few times over the past few years and nothings changed. If you need the Business app on your phone, go to another bank.
