Description
manage your assets yourself
The application is designed to record income and track the status of all your investments, both in exchange-traded assets and over-the-counter.
Here are some of the features of the app:
- Create portfolios, fill them with exchange-traded assets (stocks, bonds, funds, currencies, etc.)
- Add your own assets (real estate for rent, OTC fund, bank deposit, etc.)
- Accounting for income and expenses from the sale of assets for taxation using the FIFO method.
- Accounting for dividend income, both with and without the already paid tax under the DTT, and with the possible refund (adjustment) of taxes and commissions
- Control of the balance, excluding errors (the cash balance in the application and on the brokerage account must always be the same)
- Automatic data sync between your devices
- Data is securely stored both in iCloud and locally on your iPhone/iPad
