Old app was better
Don’t know why they changed the app. Old app was easier to use. New bill pay is a pain in the a!!

I really wish they would just stop with this app. Bring back the old app. This is providing such a horrible experience for the bank users that it’s causing me to avoid this app whenever possible. As with every other update since the new app, the login screen is terrible and no longer does Face ID, any transaction within the app is inconsistent and unreliable. Slow loading screens all around. this is all on an iPhone 15 Pro whether I am on cellular or on Wi-Fi.

Constant issues with this new app. This new app is terrible. Give it up and go back to what we had. I dread having to do any kind of online banking now mainly due to the lack of consistency and overall unreliability of this app. I am having to call in to the bank, now, every time I make a transfer just to make sure it worked. Downright horrible.

Whoever decided to update the app & remove the option to pay our credit card bill online was stupid. Now i have to call in (which i did call in but the money has still not been taken out of my account) or wait 5 days to make a external transfer into my checking account then another transfer to my credit card account. Im never late on my payments so all these extra loops to make payments is ridiculous.
