Continuously crashes, bunch of glitches and poor interface…one can even say the app almost doesn’t work…got put a lot of work in to it coz ppl expect the best from a bank like Abyssinia…please live up to your name…please….

It doesn’t work properly and I send money from my account to other banks. But I couldn’t get my money in my bank. I reported but they couldn’t resolve my issue for more than a week. And it’s annoying! They also have a fee for it (instant transaction) 😓

I Am One Of Your First Customers To Use Your App, I Like The Development On This App, My Opinion For The Coming Update Is 1. You Should Include The Ability To Use The Loan Services As It’s Added On Android 2. There Is A Security Bug On The Touch ID Sign In Option, To Make It Clear It’s Not Supposed To Let You Sign In After Adding A New Finger Print From Setting Of The IOS Devices 3. Last But Not List It Would Be Best If You Bring Back Transferring To Other Telebirr Customers Like Before
