Very weak App
The app is very weak and basic and needs a massive enhancement. Be careful: AMEX KSA claims that 1 USD = SAR 3.75 (Fixed). While in fact they charge you SAR 3.76 when you settle the amounts via SADAD, without any further notice!

I’ve requested to be enrolled to the rewards program, and i got a confirmation email alongside the balance (points). When I requested the first order i got a response that I’m not eligible as I’m not a member! Emails are there and I’ve shared a copy of these emails to the senders with no response, over two weeks, no body came back with a solution no matter what!
