Went downhill
When I first downloaded this app I loved it but then i had to pull some money out for a emergency and it wouldn’t let me. I messaged customer service and I’ve been trying to get it dealt with for almost a month and it’s been like a week since I’ve even heard back from anyone with the app. Very unprofessional and makes me feel like this is scammy since I can’t pull my money out.

The app is a leading because it appears to be user friendly but it’s not. The support team takes a while to respond and it says your questions and responses will be emailed to you but they’re not. The app does not do well of actually letting you know how things work. It’s not user friendly.

I never agreed to any subscription and it charged 120 to my bank for no good reason, had to dispute the charge because they don’t do refunds.

I haven’t used it for investing yet but I like the simplicity of the app and how gen-z user friendly it is. I like that it gives me a list of stocks of what I should invest in. I’m interested in switching over from e*trade. I wish there were different price points for subscriptions, like how rocket money does. It’s a bit confusing clicking through on the companies. Still a cool app and idea. I came from tiktok.

Will not let me sell the stocks I bought. Probably a bug but still a bad bug to have waiting on it getting resolved. 120$ annual fee when there are very similar apps for free. This app is prettier but giving pink tax on investing.
