New Update and now I cannot even log in
App just had an update which requires a pin. Problem is, you cannot use the numerical pad on the app to sign in. The link to reset the pin doesn’t even work so essentially, I’m unable to access it whatsoever. Very frustrating.
Can’t access ANYTHING with new app
Look, the old app worked just fine. We were in with a co-op system that allowed access to the Credit Union anywhere in the US. Don’t know what your plans are but it wasn’t broke! Quit messing around with our Credit Union please
Terrible new update.
The new update has made everything slower and harder to get too. Firstly, the quick view was removed so I have to log into my account everytime I just want to look at my balance (and I can’t log in half of time) Not to mention that half of the previously functioning features like favorites barely work. The old app was fine, the new one is awful.
Broken
Update has broken the authentication process. Unable to log in since.
Horrible after update
After I updated the app, it works HORRIBLY! I am not even able to log in half the time. Someone needs to fix this error now!

Latest Update
Since your last update, I have had more problems with logging in than before the update. An update should correct the problems not create problems. I am tired of being told that there is an error and to log back in. Please correct the problem and not cause more problems.
