Nothing but problems
The app has messed everything up. I have been on the phone twice with representatives and have been told opposite this about card guard, I also went into a branch and talk with them face to face. I have even asked to have them remove the app from my account and was just given the runaround twice! Now my card guard show two of the same cards and not my debit! So frustrating!!! And every thing is being denied.

This app is nice, when it’s actually working. There have been so many times that I have been unable to pay for some things because the app won’t work.

This app is constantly down and then i can’t turn my card back on unless I call or go into a branch. I don’t have time for that which is why I was using the app. If you are going to do an update let your members know so we can make the necessary arrangements so our card isn’t locked or get better IT people so your apps and websites are working properly to begin with.

I have attempted to log into Card Guard four times now. Once through the Card Guard app; then, after being told - I have to be signed into my mobile account, so I sign into my account and what happens next but the same message – I need to be signed into my mobile account. So I have not been able to adjust my Card Guard settings! Very aggravating!DC31271968

The website becomes unavailable and crashes too often now and at the worst times. Then when you call, they say nothing can be done about it.
