Does not work on Xfinity
Still doesn’t work. The obviously don’t care one little bit. Lots of promises from tech support but zero action to fix the app. ZERO. If I could rate this -100 stars that would be generous. The app STILL doesm’t work after a month of working with them. Tech support is useless. They “said” all the right things and then do NOTHING to fix the problem. The app hasn’t been updated for a year. Is anybody home at TCM? Or doe they even care? The app works on my iPhone built not on my iPad. How hard could that be to fix? Thoroughly disappointed!!! Cannot sign in. I get a blank pop up where it used to ask for credentials. Tech support has been responsive but hasn’t given a solution. They seem to be guessing without a clue as to the problem.
Cannot View Movies
I delete and reload this app and it still will not play the movies. It pops up with the service provider screen yet nothing happens when I click on my provider and the movie won’t play. Not impressed.
NOT free, false advertising
This app is advertised as free, and technically it is free to download. However, it is NOT free to use.
Poorly supported app that lacks basic functionality
This app lacks any responsive customer support. It forces you to reauthenticate every two weeks and does not recognize your stored account credentials. There is no search, and if you close the app mid film you will have to go looking for the film and either restart or guess at where you left off. The latter being extremely difficult on AppleTV.

Apple TV app not working
I have 4 Apple TV 4k’s and the Watch TCM app works fine on 3 of them. On the 4th one, the app opens to a black screen. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app too many times to count and still having this issue. Not sure why it just won’t work on this one Apple TV when it’s the same exact model as the other 3 where the app works fine. Doesn’t help that the Apple TV app hasn’t been updated since September 2022 which is outrageous!
Forces tv provider sign out
What a bunch of a**holes! They force you to sign out of your TV provider in iOS settings every few weeks to reauthenticate. You can’t just sync with your device account. App is no longer being maintained, no updates nor improvements for over a year now.
