Suggested there’s a 7 day free trial. Charged me. The report a problem feature is still not working.

It asked me to start a free trial and when I clicked it it asked me to pay. I clicked no and exited to delete the app. Then it used my face ID either way and took $27 from my account that I NEEDED. I want my money back.
