Unfriendly team and racism
I booked a platinum ticket Dubai Hills and they were not able to provide me the luxury service I expected and taken other people order who comes after me even I walked to ask for someone to take my order they were still talking others order 👎🏻 I visited them again no improvement Still slow on getting food inside the platinum show even only two people were inside Telling the team seemed don’t care about it

The smallest issue with the app is that it is very slow, but it is unreliable. Functions not working, loyalty points not adding etc. 5 years ago it migh have been a nice to have tool, but expectations are much higher now, and the app couldn’t catch up with them.
