awful app. does not work at all
magic passes and ticket registration do not work. wait times horribly inaccurate. nothing works on the app at all. literally pointless in downloading. is this even useable? id give zero stars if i could

App is basically useless. You cannot add your ticket, so you can’t make magic pass reservations. It doesn’t allow user sign up, and the email verification does not work. I’m Korean, and this app is embarrassing for our country. Lotte World is supposed to be “Korea’s Disneyland,” but it’s definitely low budget, bootleg version. Very poorly designed.

You’re supposed to be able to get 3 magic passes if you scan your ticket with the app. To scan the ticket you must either log in with an l.point ID or do a verification email for a non member login. The verification email never arrives. There is also no map of the attractions that’s easily readable, and additionally we we’re very confused as to how to get into the attraction and where to get our tickets at.
