I really love this app except not a fan of the ads, it’s not much but still. Also sometimes when I use the app it gets buggy. It may crash or freeze for a while. Can this be fixed? Thank you!

So I like this game a lot but this may be a glitch whenever I wach one of my videos the voices are ether off que or scrambled it sounds really funny but I find it annoying also Santa has a clear voice can you tell me how to fix this
