So I recently just got the app to play warzone, and I noticed they were in the beta phase. So I hopped in a trios resurgence game as it said I could on the app, and I placed bets for the game. It was $2 to win $20 and everything hit. The game ends and the bet just says refunded, but every other bet I’ve played at $1 or $2 that won or loss something small it always took my money. I reached out to let them know they messed up and needed to pay me out. All they did was push me off to one another before completely banning me from the app. Don’t use this app, selfish and greed from the owners will cause you to lose out.

I played 4 ranked matches straight that I should’ve walked away with money from and they claimed the games were unranked and refunded me instead of paying me out. I even sent a picture to support to show that they were ranked matches. Then the first ranked bet I lose they all of a sudden can see it’s ranked.
