Found out about the website a few days ago and was overjoyed when I found out there was an app. I have been making art all day and night legitimately would deff recommend
Dear ❌
I dislike the app , and Terphic/Bryan (creator of app) is hard to get noticed by
Good App
I used this app on mobile and thought it was pretty darn good, until now. It randomly deleted and now I cannot reinstall it. Please fix this. ):
Great app BUT
The owner of the app has made it clear he can profit off of your art as he can take credit for any art you make. The adds take up half of the page.
Good but……could be better
Ok, first on this review, I just want to say. I cannot draw pixel art for some reason. Second reason…….none of the buttons work on the gallery button. Third, It didn’t save my pictures(no I didn’t upload them)
good but i have a problem
So the app is REALLY GOOD but i cannot make an account because the email will not send. Please fix this.
A Disappointing Experience: A Critical Review of Pixel ArtPixel art,
once a cherished form of digital expression, has unfortunately fallen short of expectations in contemporary times. As a passionate enthusiast of digital art forms, I embarked on exploring the world of pixel art with great anticipation, only to be met with profound disappointment. From the lackluster execution to the uninspired designs, my journey into the realm of pixel art left much to be desired.First and foremost, the quality of pixel art often fails to meet the standards expected of modern digital art. While the pixelated aesthetic may evoke nostalgia for some, it too often serves as a crutch for artists unwilling to invest in honing their craft. The simplistic designs and limited color palettes that define pixel art can easily be mistaken for amateurish doodles rather than intentional works of art. In an era where digital art has evolved to encompass breathtaking realism and intricate detail, pixel art feels like a relic of a bygone era, unable to keep pace with the advancements of the medium. Moreover, the creativity exhibited within the realm of pixel art leaves much to be desired. Too often, pixel art pieces rely on tired clichés and uninspired subject matter, perpetuating the same tired tropes without offering anything new or innovative. From generic retro video game references to predictable character sprites, the world of pixel art feels stagnant and devoid of originality. It's disheartening to see such a potentially vibrant art form become mired in mediocrity, unable to break free from the constraints of its own nostalgia.Furthermore, the accessibility of pixel art tools has inadvertently contributed to its decline in quality. With the proliferation of user-friendly pixel art software and online tutorials, it has never been easier for aspiring artists to dabble in pixel art. While democratizing access to artistic tools is undoubtedly a positive development, it has also led to an oversaturation of subpar pixel art flooding online galleries and social media feeds. As a result, discerning audiences must sift through a sea of mediocre pixel art to find pieces worthy of their attention, further diluting the perceived value of the medium as a whole. In conclusion, while pixel art may hold a special place in the hearts of nostalgic gamers and digital art purists, its relevance in the contemporary art world is waning. From its lackluster execution to its uninspired designs, pixel art fails to meet the standards expected of modern digital art forms. Aspiring pixel artists must strive for greater creativity and innovation if they hope to revitalize the medium and reclaim its status as a respected form of digital expression. Until then, pixel art remains a disappointing relic of a bygone era, unable to evolve with the times.
