Good app but can’t complete the pictures because you run out of hints very quickly and can only get hints with a subscription.

I love this app when it works. Unfortunately lately it doesn’t! Videos don’t load and lately I get nothing but a blank screen. As a result I can’t do anything! PLEASE FIX! PLEASE!

Should have bought just the animal pictures I wanted. Thought I got all pictures with pro so I spent 9.99 and didn’t get any pictures I wanted. Think this is misrepresentation and rip off. I won’t spend more because I’m not sure what I am getting certainly didn’t get what I wanted! So glad I wasn’t foolish enough to pay for a year!!! Won’t try anything from now on that doesn’t give me a trial.

This was one of my top favorite coloring apps. However, for quite some time now I’m very limited in what I can do. Very frustrating! The videos will not load and so many great pictures are unavailable to me as are any of my efforts to get hints when needed. I have sent several messages and feedback to them looking for support and resolution on this issue. I have received no response. I’m wondering if they even have a support team. I would consider getting a subscription to the app (don’t generally like to drop my cash on such options) but I fear it wouldn’t resolve the issues or that there would be different problems that again would go unaddressed due to their lack of support. What’s a coloring app fan to do?? Would love to hear their response to these issues, but so far all I get is silence. 🤨
