Ugh
What is up with this App? The remote control that I’m trying to connect to my TV is not connecting as the app keeps saying, “ sorry looks like there’s an error. Try again later” i literally just downloaded the app! There’s no main menu or anything. How annoying.
Useless
I mean, can’t even get the remote to pair. It claims to take up to 30 seconds to locate the remote and not even a second goes by before it says it can’t find the remote. I can add via Bluetooth without issue. The app doesn’t work.

I have no idea what went wrong here but this app was a pain in the @22 to use.
Terrible remote, worse app
Smart Control Pro remote is junk and doesn’t connect to the app. Tried multiple iOS devices and finally got it to connect. Only to encounter the worst setup UI in the world - and it still won’t connect to my tv. Terrible. Avoid at all costs. Suspicious of all the other reviews in here that are positive.

The app doesn’t work. It can’t update the software thus you can’t setup the device.

I bought a new remote and this app is a horrible user experience. The AI chat interface flat out doesn’t work. It won’t update the remote. It won’t allow me to retry when it fails so I have to delete the app and reinstall it every time I want to retry. In the end it didn’t work and I have to return the remote.
