They are stuck in the 1990s era of annoying start up chimes and ridiculous fees for things that should be normal (any electronic payments have an additional fee!!!). The only reason I have this app is because I have to buy First Media Internet because they are the only Internet allowed in our area.

Most of the time its always error & loading. It has upgraded to a new version but theres always bugs. Loading but freezes.

Get rid of the app startup sound!!!! I have my phone on silent for a reason. This is just the first of many bad decisions that hurts users. The app interface is not designed with the user in mind. They really don’t care about the customer, only how it appears (oooh look, we have an app... never mind that our service is bad with NO options for those who only want internet without TV and a bundle of extra stuff to pay for). Another example, they started charging for ebilling?!?!? Rather than embrace this as a cheaper, faster, easier way for everyone, they instead see the $$$ and want to rip customers off more.

I used the apps to file complaints (3 times) and didn’t work. However when I used it tp claim my reward, it worked. It basically useless.
