تعاملهم غير احترافي لا يوجد طريقه لتغيير موعد الحجز او الغاءه. كأنهم ما يصدقوا احد يشتري التذاكر. مع العلم ان شركات السينما الاخرى متوفر لديهم الغاء الحجز حتى قبل ساعه من الموعد.
