Our family absolutely LOVES story time with Moonlite. Our 2 year old grabs our hand and leads us to his room after his bath each night. Both of our boys really enjoy it and as a family that already reads together this just took it to another level. As if the product wasn’t good enough…. the customer service is fantastic as well. We had some issues with one of our stories activation codes. I emailed them and had a response within minutes. It took a few attempts with different codes but the staff at Moonlite stayed the course and persistence payed off. What a Great product and Great business! Thank You so much!! We look forward to growing our library.

My two toddlers get excited when I read stories using the Moonlite projector. I can’t keep them still long enough for books, they flip through the pages fast or fight over touching the pages. Also wanted to say costumer service answered quickly to a question I had.

Just want to brag on the customer service team. We had an issue with one our QR codes not downloading properly and the team was quick to resolve our issue all within the same day. Major kudos to the customer service team! Lastly, our kids absolutely love their Moonlite story projector! They especially love reading it with their grandparents and the grandparents love it too!

My children love the moonlite stories. It captures their attention and they follow along so well. We had a code that would not download and customer service responded to our email in two minutes with a new code that successfully downloaded the story. This had been a huge hit and we’re glad we found Moonlite!
