Every time there’s an update it’s to fix bugs, all the time and money I’ve put into this app there hasn’t been a single performance update. I’ve sent several emails, no response. I’m done with this app until they make some serious improvements

Charge you a repeat fee for basically nothing. If you want to make any videos using your library they charge outrageous fees and the charges vary. Download “deepfake”. At least it’s a subscription not a per use.

I’ve had this app for a while. I think this might be the second year. I’ve used it way less since the beginning but it was relatively ok working app with generally ok swaps. It was fun and entertaining BUT it appears even if you pay money for premium, premium doesn’t mean anything anymore. Now, even premium members, you need to have gems to do face swaps on videos. Somehow I have 75 gems. Maybe that’s just what they give you, but it costs 25 gems for a swap. So, as someone whose paid a subscription fee, now I have to pay even more money everytime I want to use the app? That’s now how subscription fees work guys. This app is pretty much useless now in comparison to other similar apps. You minus well go get those as opposed to this. At least the other apps are trying to rip you off directly in front of your face. Like seriously?? You want us to pay you a premium subscription fee AND pay for these gems/tokens? Get real. — based off the dev response no. I spent money on a your premium you didn’t just change the subscription, you totally overhauled it. For current premium members you should have just let their subscription run the way it was provided initially until renew. If someone did it for a week a day a year then it runs for that length of time and they can no longer resume their subscription. Since we paid money for a service that was written out for us. But then you guys took the rug and pulled it out from our feet. So, you want to bribe me back with some free gems? Nope. Avoid this app and anything created by this ethically challenged dev at all costs.

Paid for the annual subscription, which included unlimited video uploads. My subscription is still active but I can’t even use what I paid for because gems are now required. If a subscription was made before the gem currency was implemented, the customer should receive the benefits agreed upon when they made the subscription. Changing the terms after the fact is robbery. I’ve contacted support 2 times with no response. Put in a 3rd ticket, we will see if I ever get a response. This screams lawsuit.
