Why does the app never reask for my password when I log out and relog in with my email address? That’s not good security. Also, why can’t I read my downloaded magazine issues offline without Internet? I don’t always have Internet.

Unable to Download
I’ve tried to download the issues through the app, but keep getting the error message “unexpected error. Pricing information not available” This has been going on twice, and I tried to email about the issue but with no success. So until this matter is fixed, I highly recommend to not download the app until the people that deal with the app get it fixed, and I do recommend anyone with the same issue do the same until they resolve the matter in a timely fashion
More Problems - June 2021
Even though I am a long time paid subscriber, once again I can’t get in to my account and read the current issue on my IPad. Instead I get a notice to buy the issue. This happened twice before and I always have to complain to get it fixed. Very frustrating. Can someone please help me?
Can’t login
Doesn’t recognize my email and never got that “account ID” so can’t sign in to read it. No help department on app. Screw this. Besides they only review basic USA shows nothing international unless it gets picked years later by lazy Netflix. Too basic. Canceling subscription.
Subscriber who can’t access online issues
I tried to contact someone about issues with this app, but I was told to simply make sure the app is updated. It is. Nothing. Refreshing my library and checking for updates isn’t doing much. I am a current subscriber that cannot access any issues on the app beyond August 2020.
