I use an app called Highrise and they host design competitions for items. I have a template I use and I use this app to draw my design into the template! I haven’t won yet but my designs have been a lot better since using this app

If you want to draw on a picture, you're wasting time here. That feature is a lie, take a picture (you can't select one from your gallery) and then attempt to draw on it... Just moves the picture around.
