Is the app done????
Are they no longer producing content for this?
Dead App?
It’s been months since an article came out. If you want articles then go to dndbeyond.com
Abandoned by Wizards of the Coast
This app was great it still is, but it appears that WotC has abandoned it. It doesn’t need app updates, the functionality works as intended. Unfortunately they appear to stopped producing content (new issues) for Dragon+. Issue 41 teases the next issue, but it appears to be the last. No announcements or goodbyes that I’ve seen. I miss the classic print-era magazine. This was at best only a shadow of that legacy, but still a fun thing. Now this is gone too.
Please add page options
I love this app, but I find it hard to read some of the articles. Would it be possible to add the ability to darken the page a bit? Some of the articles are printed in a light grey with a white background. Really hard to read, for me at least.
Great fantasy content
It is great reading Dragon+ magazine every month, getting interesting ideas for adventures or just to explore different fantasy realms.
I’m a Fan
I miss the original Dragon magazine; there’s something, at least to me, that an app will never beat - holding a book or magazine in your hands and being able to turn the pages. But I’m in my 40s and the world is changing around me, and definitely not all in good ways. Whew. Dragon+ is fun. I get a little excited whenever the notification pops up on my iPad that there’s a new issue available. I go download it and start reading. It’s not quite the same as getting Dragon (or White Dwarf) in the mail, but it’s close. It can be a little aggravating trying to close an issue to go to read a different one; that’s the biggest complaint that I have. Most importantly - it’s free. The App is free, issues are free. The only way that you can beat that price is if they paid you to read it.
Unusable on iPad Pro
Crashes the moment I touch any magazine and it opens
• New menu navigation on the home page of the app. • Bug fixes and improvements.
