Keeps crashing on IOS 17+.. never had luck using the DJI Osmo mobile.. wont put money on other products

Why would the password reset come to my email in Chinese??!?? You have to be able to get past the east little stuff guys come on now! Awful…

Sort of unfortunate I can’t rate this lower than 1 star. One star is one too many. So many issues with this garbage of an app and a company that I don’t even know where to start.
Can’t even log in
DJI has apparently given up on this app. I’m trying to log in and it sends me emails in Chinese and asks for a Chinese phone #. Without this app my Osmo’s are useless. Made a good product that lasted a long time but now I have no support. Pointless…
DJI GO stopped working with iOS 17
The phone (iPhone 14) recognizes my Osmo gimbal and will pair, but DJI GO doesn’t see the connection and continually tells me to turn Bluetooth on. Good thing I saved my old iPhone 8; it’s now my permanent gimbal camera.
