not responsive to emails or support
I have been asking for fixes for years that keep being promised but never fixed. The game needs a login option with restore feature/ability to play across devices. I have solved every puzzle at least 4 times now but every time I get a new device or my current device breaks and needs reset I have to start fresh. Also, on iPad the number of puzzles doesn’t match up with what is available to play but is fine on Android. If it can be fixed in Android coding, why can’t iOS be fixed? I’ve emailed at least 4 times over the past few weeks about this and gotten zero response. Why tell players to email with questions, comments, for support if no one bothers to respond or actually fix the issues?

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this game! Excellent graphics, love the sparkly! Altho this is my favorite art game, hands down, the subscription price is just way to steep! It’s $10 PER WEEK, which is a crazy price- and yes, I did subscribe before but had to cancel because I couldn’t afford it!! If you can, PLEASE make it more affordable for people such as myself, who is on disability, and simply cannot afford a $40 per month game, no matter how cool it may be!

The game is amazing- is actually how is advertised… although the ads are PAINFUL! It’d be one thing if these ad’s were skippable but 80% of the time- they are not. Ontop of having to watch an ad in between EACH drawing. It I could recommend anything- if you want a ton of ad’s with out running people off. Maybe try one every OTHER game? Or making them skippable.
