No Rewards Granted for Withdrawal to PayPal

I view the videos but the money offered to view is not rewarded to me. I have over 6 thousand pops but doesn’t allow reward payments. Over$1000.00 of viewed videos on no payout. Wasted time.

Great app, but missing something
