Difficult to renew gift passes
Trying to update yearly passes as gifts and you can’t tell which one was updated. Charges my credit card just fine, just doesn’t keep track of which passes are upgraded and which are not.

The new update needs updated. The ride times in the park are all inaccurate!!! They need to add the menus to the app for all the dining places to make it more convenient for guests. The looks is better but that does not make up for all the other major short comings.

Constant Errors, lagging, glitching, account deletion, inability to add gold pass onto account, inability to add drink pass onto account, login errors, user doesn’t exist errors, not allowing password resets. I think I could make a better app with my eyes close and hands tied behind my back. I’d love to just buy a gold pass and enjoy the coasters, but there inability to hire and adequate team of software developers is laughable. Do yourself a favor and just use the WEBSITE.

When I first got the account, it looked fine and told you about each ride but when I tried creating an account, it would lag when I pressed "create account". Then when I looked in my email for the code, it sent me multiple codes and none of them worked when I tried to log into my account. I tried creating a new account, but it wouldn't let me because it said there was already an email with an account but it never worked. I really hope cedar Point can fix this problem because it's very annoying and if your trying to log into your account to get your pass, I can imagine people not being able to find there pass because they can't even log into their account. I love cedar Point though❤️🎢

United StatesKeeps losing stored season pass
I have a season pass stored in my Apple wallet - the app keeps losing the information randomly and I have to enter a giant string of numbers to get it back on there. Even when the app does remember my season pass - it doesn't load the pass perks or anything else with it (the app says there's no season pass loaded but it's under the ticket information and won't let me reload it). It's frustrating and very difficult to use. Hope it's fixed by the time the park actually opens.
