Wasted a trip to Japan
Flew to Japan to see Taylor Swift. Bought tickets through AnyPass. I was denied entry at the door because the app would not let me transfer one of my friends two tickets to my phone. Stupid policy. I am completely distraught. 😭😭😭

This App is so terrible and frustrating. I bought 3 tickets for a concert and I may not be able to access them for the show. You have to have three different numbers and download this on 3 different phones. My son doesn’t have a phone so what’s are we going to do? I would give anything not to ever use this app ever again. If you want the most frustrating experience, this is the App that covers all of that. Terrible.

I have a Japanese phone number and not Matter how many times I try and call to Register my number it fails “ because caller ID is not on” I’m verified with SoftBank that is on! It’s impossible to register and use this app.
