No voice. Makes game unusable.

At the beginning of the game a voice is supposed to tell you what to spell from given letters. I checked my volume control, it was up all the way. I checked settings and there was nothing there that could control the volume. So the game is absolutely useless. Please fix! My son wants desperately to play it. Thanks
