Login doesn’t work
You can only access a few Flashcards without logging in but it won’t send a verification email and it doesn’t work with the main system at all. Don’t bother downloading even if you bought the surgent CPA review course.

I am using Surgent to study for the CPA exams and I couldn’t log in to the app. Called Surgent customer service and they told me it was because the app was a separate thing and I just needed to create a profile on the app. Every time I’ve tried the app freezes and won’t let me create an account.

I can log into my account on my computer but not the app. For 1600 bucks for the review course content I feel like it shouldn’t be this hard to use the flashcard app. I reset my password online and it still doesn’t let me log in.

i’ve been studying using surgent for 6 months with no problems, but the app doesn’t recognize my login/password. i really like surgent as a whole, but the app is totally useless if you can’t log in. the last update was nearly a year ago, so it doesn’t surprise me that it’s faulty. oh well.
