Lovely, but..
Overall, the app is very lovely, especially with Chat GPT integration - that makes things go much smoother when a misidentification occurs. For example, I’ve got dozens of stone pendants, varying from simple clear quartz, fluorite, moonstone, etc.. But most of them were purchased online and in bulk, and it’s been years since buying them… Anyway, GPT made it easier for me to confirm that my scan results were not accurate, by providing me a list of stones with similar features and attributes, when the scan saved as Opal, which was indeed not opal, but white moonstone instead. The added GPT feature was super helpful! I can only imagine the level of difficulty in creating, designing and maintaining such an incredible app as this one. As such, there still just seems to be a certain level of customization missing from the “My Snaps” section of the app. When trying to manually edit my snaps, the only option that comes up is “Delete”. This was my only frustration so far but I sure would love it if we could get a more robust Edit menu in the future, such as being able to change “Opal” to “White Moonstone”, without having to delete that scan, while also updating the Details page to reflect correctly to the identification Edit. Other than that, this app is incredible!

So I got a stone and I knew what it was so I took the pic of it.waited and waited and I said “sorry , we couldn’t identify this stone”press the button to retake or somthing like that. So I did on THE SAME STONE and it did not work.THE APP IS TRASH. Never downloading again!

Didn’t see anywhere in reviews or app add that you only get to identify 1 rock for free then have to join plan. Can’t tell ya if the app is accurate or not. Really disappointed that only get 1 & that I didn’t read that condition in reviews or app ad.

Snapped some stones that I know, to check accuracy. It listed four different names for what was actually Blue Lace Agate. Finally it called it simply a “rock” lol. It also identified selenite as quartz — not the same.
