Fun story prompt tool
If you are on the fence about buying the story dice app, this Spooky Dice app is a nice way to test drive the concept for a cheaper price. For horror and science fiction writers, this may be enough for you to get ideas rather than the slightly more expensive story dice app. I was surprised to see an axe as one of the options for something rated for users 9 and older. During that roll I got a cat and an axe which made me think of a cat who is an axe-wielding serial killer! Clearly the dice are doing the job if my imagination is running this wild. Only wish we could add in more dice like the other app, but again this is a less expensive app. Try it, especially if you are thinking of getting the main dice app. I am still on the fence about the main app, but am glad to have Spooky Dice in my bag of tricks.
