Practice sequencing with this set of 21 sequencing task cards. This app is a great way to scaffold the skills of “sequencing events” and “retelling” a story. You can play this game with or without audios so that you can better meet the diverse learning needs of your students. The activities can be used as a fun way to introduce sequencing and to practice it throughout the year. This app is great for any students who have sequencing or retelling IEP goals! The cards are also a great resource for visual learners or students who need extra support. The clear visuals make this an ideal activity for students with autism or other disabilities, as well as English Language Learners. This complete sequencing app includes 21 sets of cards (12 three-step sequences, 7 five-step sequences, and 2 five-step sequences). All sequences include beautiful illustrations and a professionally recorded audio to narrate the sequence of events.
Not great product
From what I can see there are only 6 sets of cards so not that much variety when trying to teach sequencing. I have used other apps that have few sets of cards in 3 step sequence and other few sets of cards in 4 step sequence and etc….
Useful but needs more features
This would be really great if you could set a number of trials - like always switching to another one after a correct answer, or after doing it three times. It would also be useful to have an option to do them in order or to shuffle when going to the next. I could see this app being beneficial for an OT or therapist working with children.
Easy to use
Lived using this with students with ASD. Wish it had verbals to explain basic directions at start. Also thought it should generate a new scenario rather than remaining on completed sequence. I live the sentence and graphics. I haven't found many that I like!
Nice app but can use some improvements
I like the simplicity of the pictures and the sequencing. One thing that I would be really great would be to have the correctly sequences images remain in the sequence for longer. It would be great to be able to go over the images in the correct sequence and discuss it with the child.
Too ambiguous
Pictures are too difficult for children to understand . Needs much more work.
Nice simple pictures
Simple pictures, perfect for sequencing tasks. No motivators or reinforcement once the photos are put in the correct sequence, this could be added to improve the app
Not working for me
I wasn't getting any audio. So with some of them it was just a guess i.e. in the laundry sequence which was the washer. Deleting.
