The app itself is fine I agreed to a one time purchase however this company not only charged me a recurring subscription fee but has no way to cancel or show that it is recurring they just charge your card. I asked for a refund and to cancel whatever they believe is recurring as I have no way to find this on the app, on their website or any email. Very poor company and sadly taking advantage of people - do NOT buy this app without knowing they will auto charge you without any way to find out what your actual signup is for (no emails no login and nothing on the app itself about fees or recurring payments or even a way to cancel!)

The book they sell you is clearly written by AI or a language translator based on the repeating sentences and typos. It provides general training guidance, all of which you can search for yourself online for free. If you buy the book and app access they charge you a hidden monthly fee of $54 with no confirmation or ability to see you’re locked into a subscription. I disputed the charge as fraud and got my money back from my bank, but be careful with this company.

This app is a complete scam and their customer service is worse. I was not made aware that I was being charged for a subscription, which is $54 btw, and refused to refund my money despite the fact that I do not even use the subscription, or this app even. There are so many cheaper apps, and not only that but you have no way of cancelling or even viewing said subscription to see when it will be charging you.

I ordered the book during a sale and it was bundled with this app. The marketing on Instagram made me feel like I was getting a personalized book with helpful information to get a well trained dog, but after reading cover to cover it was a lot of fluff. My puppy is well trained now, but it was information from YouTube trainers and free online information, nothing valuable from this book. What really irritated me is after being underwhelmed with the ‘personalized’ book, and forgetting it existed - a couple months later I got a $40 charge on my card for an app I only downloaded for a day to see if there were any subscriptions on. After looking throughout the settings and everywhere on the app there was no mention of a subscription or place to cancel. So I assumed I did not activate the subscription portion (cause there is not really anything on it, just a repeat of the book saying this is the directions on how to teach “blank”. Then “press complete and go to next lesson”) Overall I wish I never came across this company. I 100% believe they bundle the app just because they know people will not realize they have a subscription/ know how to cancel. Reoccurring $40 is an insane amount to charge something for such little value. 💙🤍 AVOID THIS COMPANY, THERE ARE BETTER RESOURCES OUT THERE FOR YOU AND YOUR PUPPY 🤍💙

I wish I read the other reviews before giving this company any money. I got the app with the book because they make it look like you are saving money bundling everything together. Don’t get the app! As others have said they will renew your subscription (that you didn’t even know you had) to the app without warning you and charge your card $54. I never gave permission for them to save my credit card information. This company is very shady and hides the fact that the app is actually a subscription when you are first purchasing the bundle. In the app there is no way to view or manage your subscription. I emailed customer service asking for a refund and like others experienced, was denied. The explanation they gave is they only refund if the product failed to be delivered due to a technical error on their part. They don’t care about the customer and just want their money. I, of course, canceled my subscription after all this and was told I can still use the app until my subscription is up…I have no idea when that is because there is no information on subscription details anywhere. Just another example of how they are shady and do everything they can to hide that the app is a subscription so you can’t cancel before they renew for $54. The book is a very average training book. No customization like they claim. For example, in the quiz they have you do I said my dog is already potty trained and crate trained yet they still but that information in my book. Pretty sure the only customization is putting your name and dog’s name on the cover. Save your money and avoid this sketchy company.
