Auto payment, please don't download this app!
This is a 100% scam. I canceled the same day I signed up. They advertised a 3-day free trial, but they billed me anyway. When I contacted them about it, there was no answer! I'm not the only one. Read the other reviews. I regret giving them my credit card, and you will, too. Shame on this app for taking advantage of this plant-loving senior!

I took up the offer of a free subscription with the view of canceling it before payment came out. The app does not let you "cancel" the subscription so the only option was to "delete" the account. I've emailed customer service but no way to find email support, fan page app support has 1 like, and the policy link does not exist. I don't know why this app is available on the app store. Just a scam app.

Within the first two hours after trying this app and having it fail to identify anything I sent an email asking that the subscription be cancelled. The app has NEVER identified anything correctly. And I've not received a response when I reported that fact.

Nothing works! They just took my money. I'm disputing this charge. Also, when you try to use the app, you never get a clear answer of what plant it might be. You get a dozen possibilities, each with pictures that don't at all match the photo you took. Finally, there are malware ads that have invaded my phone since I installed.

Buyer beware. Tried three different samples from the forest and not a single one was identified. Some might say, user error. I have tried each one— simplifying background—even put them on a all white counter and centered and all the tips— all three a big zero. For this they want a lot of money. I miss the days when you could buy an app, it worked, and you didn’t have to worry about subscriptions— now all these apps are just chasing money and not actually building functional apps. Needless to say, I am cancelling the subscription. Buyer beware.

I can’t review it because I tried two different plants one couldn’t identify the second got wrong. I took a picture of a common heirloom tomato that grows in a meter about 5 to 6 inches in diameter. You classified as a mini Demeter from Argentina and Peru.
