Okay app
I’ve been using this app for a week now and today is the first day I haven’t been able to access my child’s classroom. I continue to get an error message and the app just closes. I’ve reboot my phone several times with no avail. It’s truly aggravating to not be able to see my child.

I’m unsure as to why the daycare switched to this app. It must be cheaper than Watch Me Grow. The app intermittently allows me to login. The website never allows me to login.

Constant crashes/freezing. Have at least several problems a week with it not working properly. And no it’s not my internet. The cameras are so slow but in the moments it’s frozen it’s still ticking down your login time.

I like that I’m able to watch my son while he’s at daycare. 5 min viewings with 5 logins daily is fine, I work all day so I don’t constantly watch anyways. but when the app regularly logs me out where I hav to retype my user id and password (not the pin or Face ID) is ridiculous. I never remember my passwords, and I count on Face ID or pin to prevent myself from locking myself out. However entering the wrong password counts against your login limits for the day & that’s ridiculous. Please fix this. I never had this issue until recently.

Seems like many of these low ratings and bad reviews are in response to the fact you have a daily limit on viewing your child’s classroom. While that sounds troublesome to a parent considering a new daycare for their child, it really isn’t. Our daycare allows us 5 viewings for 5 minutes each every day. The viewing does not start until you click the video icon, and so most days, I open the app and am able to view the preview before even clicking the video icon. That way, I’m able to see my son more often than just the 5 viewings. For example, if I log into the app and see my son is napping in the video previews, I don’t necessarily want to click the video to watch him nap and waste 1 of my 5 viewings; I’d rather save it to watch him play or interact with other kids. I feel completely safe using this app. There is no way for anyone viewing to screen record or screenshot, or else their account is blocked. This app has given me complete peace of mind when sending my son to daycare.

I’m reading all the prior complaints from over a year with screen rotation issues and constant crashes. None of which have been resolved. I personally used the desktop app more and every time the cursor accidentally hover over a tab up top, the drop down menu covers the entire view of the screen and will not go away even when you move your mouse. If you click any where else on screen it kicks you out of the login. Good luck with limited logins… Please invest in better software development and rewrite your app and website…

This app works sometimes and sometimes it doesn’t. It get frustrating at times. Also the video quality not the best, very grainy and blurry. With todays technology I would think they would have better video quality. Needs improvements
